L.R.E.AAn agent’s perception of what they can offer their clients in terms of service is important. More important, and what will impress the clients most, is their list of achievements. After thirty plus years of placing open for inspection boards below letter boxes, I consider my greatest achievements to be results, respect and the enduring relationships established with my clients.
Market credibility really means leading by example. An individual can empower our industry by setting an example as strong as the foundations of the homes they sell. Our agency strives to lead by example, and this is why today we are so well regarded.
For example, I was the first agent to break the magic double-digit market in Mosman. In 2001, I transacted Mosman’s first ever sale of $15.5 million (double the previous record) for a Hopetoun Avenue property. A record that was only broken towards the end of 2007.
RWM has a history of firsts. I am proud to be able to say we were the first Australian real estate agency to send out an email property alert – a practice that was immediately fast-tracked by other agencies and property portals. I also founded and wrote our long-running blog known as “Virtual Realty News”. RWM was the first agency to send their database a weekly market analysis for purchasers, vendors, property voyeurs and agents alike, resulting in selling over $1 billion worth of property to our 7,500 plus subscribers.
